We want you and your furry friends to be 100% happy with every purchase! If you need to return an item, here’s how it works:
🕒 Returns
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible:

Items must be in the same condition you received them — unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.

🐶 Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.
💸 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Note: It may take a little longer for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days pass after approval, please contact us at woofsandwhiskerco@gmail.com.
